Felecya took swimming lessons last year at Childrens-Visions and she loved it! She is so excited for her lessons this year. I even decided to put Zackery into the mom and me class!

I always seem to do more scrapbook pages of Felecya than I do of Zackery. Sometimes I feel bad about it, and then I think about why that is. First of all Zackery doesn't really like his picture taken. In fact most of the time I try to take his picture he gives me one chance(3 seconds tops!) and Felecya loves to have her picture taken. Plus there is the fact that there is a lot more scrapbook stuff for girlie pages, and I love pink...so these are my most recent pages.

Zackery as Dumbo. He loved Halloween! Once he realized that if he put the costume on and said trick or treat people would give him candy, he couldn't get enough! He was happy to get his picture taken which has been a struggle for a while now, so I was very happy to get this one! He has been talking soo much now, and just recently instead of saying "no" he says "noah" it is really funny! Felecya was telling Jimmy about it and she said "now when Zackery says noah, mom tells him Yessa. Which was quite funny because I didn't realize that I was saying that until she pointed it out!

Felecya was a beautiful Unicorn! She has been doing gymnastics and she is getting really good at the bars, she has a lot of strength in her arms, and she really enjoys it! She just lost her 3rd tooth, and is hoping to lose the 4th right before christmas so she will have fun singing 'all I want for christmas is my two front teeth'

We had a great Halloween! Felecya dressed up like a green M&M for school, and when I went to see her parade I dressed up like a red M&M and I put Zackery's red M&M t-shirt on and we were a fun M&M family. I didn't get any pics of all of us dressed up together though.

I finally found Felecya's first day of school pictures(Thanks Mom). She was so excited to start school! She loves her teacher, and she loves going to school! She has been doing her homework on the bus on the way home from school, but her handwriting isn't that great, so I told her that she needed to try harder if she was going to do it on the bus, and Yes I should be doing homework right now:)

Zackery doesn't usually like to hold still long enough to get his picture taken, but he brought me the camera one morning and said cheese...he is a morning kid, he wakes up happy and starts playing with toys instantly...man I wish I could do that!

Annual West family campout.

Felecya competed in 3 rodeos this year, Crazy! She did the mutton bustin at the Spanish Fork rodeo, and then at the Santaquin rodeo, she took fourth place at the Santaquin rodeo, so she was called back to go to another rodeo on Labor day weekend. All of her Grandparents were able to see her ride once. She did sooo good this last time! She rode that poor sheep all the way across the arena. All 6 of the kids that rode got a trophy, and she was one happy mutton buster!

Felecya has been enjoying soccer, and her coaches are great! I am not sure what happened with her name, I am just not that good at picasa!

Jimmy has been hiking a ton, so we took the small hike up to the grotto, and it was so fun! The water was cold, but it was nice to just get out with the family.

Felecya has been wanting to hike to the Y for a while now, and Jimmy decided to take her this summer. She loved it! Jimmy ended up carrying her quite a bit, but she is so proud that she hiked to the Y!

We went to the county fair with Alexis and we watched the Spanish Fork Royalty sing and dance, and the Payson High School Cheerleaders do a cheer.

Felecya did start school, but my camera broke, and I am not sure what I have done with my camera card, sooo as soon as I find those pics I will post them. She is loving first grade, it seems to be easier on her to be gone all day than it is on me and Zack, every time he hears a loud truck or bus outside, he thinks sissy is home and he goes running for the door. We definitely miss her while she is gone! I started school too, and I am going full time, so my mind has been on overload the last couple of weeks, I think I am starting to get used to it finally.

Felecya started swimming lessons this week, and her teacher is amazing! She jumped off the diving board 3 times yesterday, and it was only her 3rd day! She loves going to class, I am sad that it is ending tomorrow! I made this little thank you booklet for her teacher. This video is of her going off the diving board today! I can't wait to see what they do tomorrow! She starts school on wednesday, and I am sad she is going to be gone for so long. I registered for my classes and I start on the 26th. I am taking 14 credits so I am sure I am going to be crazy busy, but I am so excited about it!

So Felecya loves Ice Cream even more than I do! It is crazy! I can get her to do quite a bit for a bowl of ice cream, although she always wants it for breakfast, I haven't caved yet! She earned the reading rewards at the library this summer, so she got to go to the juggling show. It was really good, and she loved it. I decided to treat her to ice cream after. There is a new frozen yogurt place in town and it is soo good! Zackery doesn't really love cold stuff, so I just got him a few M&M's and he was happy as could be! The only bad thing is, the cups are soo big, and Felecya is sad when I don't even fill it half full, but then she didn't finish it anyway so I don't feel too bad!

Jimmy went camping at the swell this spring. His family went with him and they had a really good time. This is one of the cool rocks!

We had a really good time at the Rodeo! We went with Tom and Dawnyeil. Sydnee and Felecya did really good muttin bustin, but the sheep stepped on Felecya's chin, so she cried. But she gets to do it again in the Santaquin rodeo tomorrow and she is excited. Thanks Dawn for taking our pictures!

We always stay really busy in July, which makes the summer go by too fast. We have been camping a lot and it has been a lot of fun. For the fouth we went up to Boulger lake with Jimmy's family, Jessica's Family, and Peggy and Sipi. We had tinfoil dinners and they were soo good! Then last weekend we had our annual West family campout. We had such a good time. It was too hot for camping, and Zackery had to get used to wearing a hat the whole time, but he did pretty good. I just finished reading the third Fablehaven book and they are soo good! I can't wait until Felecya gets a little older and starts reading big books, I think she will really enjoy these ones!

Our neighbors, the Bailey's invited Felecya to ride on their float with them for the Lake Shore parade. She was soo excited and Natalie let her borrow a cute dress to wear. She was so happy about it.

I finally got my shipment of the new in colors from stampin up. I love them! I was so excited to get my pictures from our vacation in the mail today too! I made this paper bag album, and Felecya wanted to play with me, so this is what she created. I don't think you can see it in the scan, but she wrote Yellowstone National Park in the middle. She is awesome, and I love it when she stays up to scrap with me!

I really love popsicles, but Felecya and I try to only eat them when Zack is asleep...I know thats kinda mean, but he gets sooo messy and he cries when he's eating them because they are so cold, so now while Zack is sleeping Felecya and I have our little treat together.. Sorry bud..maybe next summer you will get some! I remember when I was a kid, my mom would take us to storehouse market and we would always get these orange and red ones..I can't remember what they were called, and I finally found them at smith's! They are just as good as I remembered! These pages are the pages we are going to do for my kids class tomorrow! I am excited, I think the kids will have fun because we are going to be using the roller wheel!

Mothers Day Craft Fair

I am doing a booth at the Veteran's building this weekend, and I am so excited! This is what my table looks like. I have more stuff than this, but my booth is only 4x4. Hopefully it all goes good! I have wanted to do a booth for years, and I am finally doing it! Felecya is having a program on the last day of school, and she has two speaking parts! She is so excited, and I am so proud of her! She has already been working hard on it, and she just brought it home today. Everyday when we leave Grandma & Grandpas house, Felecya runs down the lane until I catch up to her, because she enjoys the run. So today Zackery decided that he wanted to go too, but when I started the car, he cried because he thought I was leaving him, even though he was already ahead of me...he is such a cute kid!

April snow showers

It snowed this morning...and it is still on the ground:( Makes me so COLD! I went to the library today, and they switched me from the program room to the conference room for my stampin up classes, hopefully everyone still finds me! It is on the north side instead of the south side, but it is still downstairs. Zackery woke up with a fever this morning, poor kid, I thought it was going away, and now it is worse. I hope he gets better before the weekend, I have plans to go to Logan for a stampin up training meeting...I am super excited, and I will come back with tons of cards and stuff! My cousin Mark went to the MTC today and I plan to send him this card soon! Felecya's soccer game was cancelled because of the snow. That is the third game that has been cancelled. I just keep on wishing for summer!

And this is what I made to hand out to pass along my class and club information. Felecya had her second soccer game tonight. Jimmy and I really enjoy watching her play. She was a little bored while she was the goalie, but she still loved it! We went up to smith's marketplace today, and I think I left Zacks shoes in the cart...I don't think it is worth going all the way back to get them though, so I guess they are gone for good. Zack is starting to talk a little more, and Jimmy and I are working with him constantly trying to get him to say new things. Grandpa West taught him to say GIT Dumb snow...and so that is the best sentence that he has...It is so cute!

Easter Card

Isn't this stamp so cute? I have been having fun making easter cards and treats for teachers and stuff and I think I am going to be sad when easter is over and I have no use for the duck..I guess I could make baby cards with it huh? So I have been busy with my classes, and I am struggling to get caught up in my communications class. I need to go take a couple of tests, and I just don't want to..but I will. SOON....I am trying to decide what to do about summer classes. I am dumb in math, so I am still taking the pre reqs and I hate taking that many classes when they don't really count. I am getting ready for Dawnyeils open house, and I am super excited to do it! I think it is going to be a lot of fun. I am planning to come up with class for mothers day, where we will make a card and a gift to match. Felecya is signed up for soccer, and their first two games have been canceled already because of the rain. So I guess she will start next week. She is really excited, but I am a little worried about her sportsmanship! She doesn't enjoy anything unless she is winning...I just hope that she can learn to have fun no matter what! She goes on a field trip in a couple of weeks and she wanted me to go with her again, so i signed up but didn't get chosen. She was a little sad, but I think she will be just fine.

Today is Zackerys 2nd birthday...I am sad that my baby is 2, but so happy that he is finally growing. He goes to the doctor tomorrow, and I am pretty sure he will be on the charts this time for his weight and heigth. Grandma and Grandpa West gave him a little big wheel, and we got him a little 4 wheeler, so now he is really going to spend all of his time outside ! Felecya gave him a ball before she left for school this morning, and when Alexis called to tell him Happy Birthday, he told her that he got a ball...It was so cute! He has a big goose egg on his head, and he goes to the doctor for his checkup tomorrow..I am sure the dr will like that..I know I am such a good mom ;>) I try!

My open house turned out pretty good! I am so excited to be doing stampin up!

I have been playing with my stuff, but I really can't wait until the next order comes, because I got myself a bunch of goodies too! Thanks to everyone who ordered! It really made me feel like I can do this! And I can't wait to deliver your goodies too!

I got my grade back for my midterm paper in my english class. I got a B+ happy with that! My Communications class is quite easy, but I need to go take a couple of tests..a little behind..hehe..

I finally got my pages finished for Scrapbook Central. These are a couple of cards that I made for them. I finished my cards for the enrichment birthday party....thanks to Mom and Dawnyeil for helping me out so much! I really do enjoy making them. I spent all day thursday finishing up my midterm paper for my english class, and I am trying to get caught up in my communications class. Yesterday I filled out my fafsa for my school loans and I wrote a couple of essays so that I could apply for scholarships..And I am seriously thinking about becoming a stampin up rep. I have wanted to for a long time...and for some reason I can't stop thinking about it now..who knows. I think it would be a really fun thing to do..so we will see. Anyway, Jessica and Gary went to Vegas to see the Nascar race, so we are watching Lexi and Garett for the weekend. We are hoping to do something fun with them today...if I can ever get out of my jammies..hehe

Valentines Day

He brought home these flowers, which were soo perfect because I really love orange..and I bought him the new Alison Krauss CD, I kinda decorated it....which was good because neither one of us enjoyed the music too much.

Hair Hearts

I have been trying to make Felecyas hair look like a heart every day this week...some have worked, some have not. The top one has been my favorite and it stayed in all day....that was the best part. She is holding the valentines that I made for her class.

This is the valentine that I made for her teacher from her, then I made one that matched the tissues from the earlier post..I used that one to write a thank you to her teacher.

She has been really good about me taking so much time on her hair. Really it isn't that much harder..I get all of my ideas from here She has really good ideas, and then she has a ton of others that do the same thing linked on her side bar.

Valentines teacher gifts

I decided to make a couple of practical gifts for Felecya's teacher for Valentines day, so I decorated some tissues and some hand sanitizer. After I finished Felecya let me know that her teacher needs some bandaids... so if I get a chance tomorrow I might cover a box of bandaids...we will see. Felecya finished her Valentines today. She did really good. She wrote on them all, and then she colored each one, so it took her a few days. I need to get Zacks written on. I was lazy with his. I just bought some at the dollar store. I was excited that Felecya let me make hers...I thought she was going to insist on Hannah Montana or HSM... but she was happy with the ones we made.

So I really love it when Zackery gets into his toys and stays busy. It is tough to get things done...especially homework, with him sitting on my lap. I should pay more attention though, because when he gets really quiet, it usually means he is doing something he shouldn't be doing. He got ahold of some of Felecyas makeup and it was all over my scrapbook cabinet and all over the walls....Thankfully it comes off easy. I am not sure if it was a good idea to take a picture of it because he thinks it was pretty neat.

100th day of school poster

Felecya got to make a poster to celebrate the 100th day of school. She was supposed to put 100 items on the poster, and she decided to put 100 spots on a ladybug. Some of the other posters were really cute too. One was 100 nails arranged in the shape of 100, one was 100 pictures..that one looked like a lot of work, one was a gumball machine with 100 gumballs...and they used cellophane in front of the gumballs to make it look like a gumball machine. A lot of the kids used cereal and candy. We got out a bunch of scrapbook supplies and then added glitter and some googlie eyes. She was really happy with it when we were done. This week her school is celebrating their 50th birthday and they are supposed to dress up everyday. Today was crazy day and I put her hair in a ponytail and then put a pencil in it to make it stand straight up. She liked it but then said she didn't want to ride the bus because all of the kids on the bus would laugh at her when she got on. So I told her I would take her and then she was happy.

Lake Shore

Let me tell you how wonderful it is to live in Lake Shore. I really love it here. The people in my ward are so amazing. Well we haven't been to church in a few weeks...well Zack and I did make it to ward conference...but then left quickly after...two hours is a long time for him to be quiet. Anyway...my relief society presidency has been by to check on me, and then Amy E was so great today, she called me and said she was coming over...then she gets here and she has this bunch of flowers for me.....

She said she wanted to see how I was doing and make sure everything was good. Our home teachers caught us home tonight also. Jimmy really gets along with them of course who wouldn't they are really great guys. Any way.....what a nice place to live.. And it is really nice to be able to say that I have been feeling much much much better.

Everyday when we leave Grandma & Grandpas house Felecya likes to
run part of the way home. Sometimes I let her, sometimes not, but lately
she has been stopping at their neighbors house to play on this big pile of snow
she loves it. She has so much energy. Jimmy pulled Zack around in the sled
at our house for a while the other day. I am not sure how much fun he
actually has out in the snow, he seems content, but he doesn't really smile..I just love
it when they are all bundled up. We went to see Marley & Me today. We let Felecya
choose the movie and she was really happy with it. Jimmy loved it too, I guess it
was just okay for me, but that could be because I missed the ending because
Zack was being too noisy. Then we tried to get a digital converter box for
our t.v. but Target had sold out of the ones that were on sale. So I am really
hoping for some good ads to come at tomorrow because Jimmy is really getting
worried about his t.v.

This is just one of the cards that I have made lately. I just got high
speed internet at home and I am so excited! I decided I needed it
since I am taking internet classes. I am hoping to be able to do my
homework after my kids go to bed at night, the problem is...I like to
sleep a lot, so that might be a little hard. Oh well it will work out just
fine.

I know it has been a while since I have posted, but I have been crazy busy.
I decided to go back to school....again! It took me a while to decide, but I
am only going to take one class, so I think I should be fine. We also were
in the process of refinancing the house since interest rates have been so good
and that has been way too stressful. And I have been working more. Tom and
Dawnyeil invited us to go sledding with them and the kids had a good time. Zack
did get tired and ended up taking a nap while everyone else finished playing, which
worked for me because then I just sat in the car with the heater on...I have been
trying to get my pages done for scrapbook central, but it is taking me forever.
But when I do, I will post some of them.

So I decided that I would make all of my Christmas cards like the Noel one that I made, and when I went to the scrapbook store to get more paper, they were all out of it. So now I have procrastinated so long that I just bought some cards today to send out, now if I can just get to that part...I will try. I got to help out in Felecyas class today for their Christmas party. I had a ton of fun. I was in charge of a game, so I put a candycanes on little hot chocolate packets, and wrapped them up like 15 times, and we played pass the present...when the music stopped they got to unwrap one layer of the wrapping paper. It worked out awesome, and the kids just loved it.

I am getting really excited for Christmas! I love starting my

cards. This is one of the first Christmas cards I have made this year. My kids have seen santa 3 times already, and Felecya is beginning to question the fact that they each look so differently, so I had to have a little talk with her to tell her that sometimes Santa needs helpers. On Saturday the Spanish Fork Theater was showing Polar Express for free, so we went to that, and then Santa came afterward. It was a lot of fun, and Zack is really curious.

So my Mom and I mass produced 140 of these babies over the last three days. They are the invites for the relief society christmas party. Sweeeet....now that we are done. Thankfully Amanda is good with words...since I am so not! I am ready for Thanksgiving and I am super excited to go shopping early friday morning, even though I have no clue where I am going or what I am going for yet. I am planning to go early in the morning to Kmart...but they don't open until 7:00 so that is not too early. Happy Thanksgiving everyone !!

Last weekend I decided that I wanted to get some pics taken and we didn't have much time before the sun went down, so we hurried up the canyon. And I guess I shouldn't have expected too much because it was so cold and Zack fell asleep on the way up there, so I didn't get many of him.

Felecyas party went really good, and the girls all made a scrapbook page with a picture of themselves for Felecyas scrapbook.

Last week was a pretty busy week, although, at least it wasn't dr. appointments.

Mon. Ashley and I scrapbook for most of the day, Wed. was enrichment and we did the vinyl on tile and glass blocks so I got a few Christmas presents made, and then Thursday was the last day of the theater class that Felecya and Sydnee took. It turned out pretty good although you couldn't hear it very well. We also gave Zackery a haircut finally.

Then for Halloween Felecya had a costume parade we were invited to, so I dressed Zack up and my Mom and I went up to watch it. She had a blast. Then we took the kids trick or treating up in Sydnees neighborhood. Then hurried back to our church for the costume parade there and the trunk or treat. Kristie dressed up like a vampire and took Felecya around to all of the trunks. It was pretty cool, but I didn't get any pictures of her...Then Saturday Jessica, Dawnyeil, My Mom and I all went out to wendover for the night. We had a good time, and by my opinion we had some pretty tasty food for a bargain.

So we started celebrating Felecya's birthday a day early because I had to go up to the UofU for some tests, so we took the kids to the Zoo. They had a great time. The neuro-opthamologist that I went to see did a ton of different tests and decided that he thinks I have dry eye syndrome. I kind of walked out of his office thinking he was crazy, but then I read into it, and it CAN make you have blurry and double vision. So I have been using eye drops and I think they are working. I am so excited. My eyes are doing great.

So then I made these twinkies for Felecya to take to school on her birthday. And Jess wanted to take Garett to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate his birthday so we took Felecya and c elebrated them together. Now I am getting things ready forer party. This is what her invites for her party look like..

Felecya had to go to the dentist today to get two of her teeth pulled. She wasn't too excited, and I think she would have been fine if she didn't have to get two cavities filled also. She has a lot of dentists visits in her future unfortunately..the dentist said she will not get her permanent eye teeth, just like her mom...I will have to get a better picture of her when she is feeling a little better.

Look how long these babies were, no wonder why they would never have fallen out on their own.

Zack was good for Grandma, he slept the whole time, so now he is in a good mood.

Last week was a busy week. I went with Felecyas class on their field trip to cornbellys. It was so fun.

I think their favorite part was playing in the corn. Then I helped out in her class on Friday. It was pretty cool to see her in class.
Then this weekend we took the kids to salem ponds. After seeing Dawnyeils video of all the ducks, I just couldn't resist. It was super cold, but the kids still had a lot of fun.

This is Felecya getting on the school bus the first day of school. She loves school and she is learning a ton of stuff(one of her friends has a boyfriend already and they hold hands and she says "Mom they LIKE each other.) So I ask her what that means and she says I don't know... how sweet. So Dr. Dewey wants me to take the medicine for my brain tumor because my prolactin levels are high, so I called Dr. Maturlo, and she doesn't want me to take it yet. I think I would have no problem taking it, except it makes me sick when I take it...so now I am kind of stuck in the middle. ...I am not sure what to do. I just want to feel better ya know? Oh why do drugs have to be so mean? Oh yeah...Today was picture day for Felecya. She was pretty excited.

This is just a card I made for Copy Central in Payson. I have done a few pages but I haven't scanned them in yet. I will get to that soon. Last week was a busy week. I had a nerve test to see if my nerves are damaged and I also had a colonoscopy. Both of them came out just fine. I have been feeling a little better, but my eyes seem to be getting worse. I just can't decide when to go back to the eye doctor. I have been 3 times since june, and it hasn't helped yet. Jessica wants me to go get my eyes mapped, she said when she had hers done they could even see a freckle on her eye...thats pretty cool. I am planning to work tonight, last week was the first time in a month-probably longer than that- that I actually worked my hours. Felecya is loving school, she wanted me to make her a sandwich to take on the bus for the way home. I wasn't to sure that was a good idea and she said the other kids were doing it, so I did. She was so happy! it is amazing. the little things that make her happy. Zackery thinks its pretty neat when the bus picks her up, and then he gets me to himself. He has been pretty clingy lately too. I think he is just enjoying having me to himself. so sweet...hehehe. This saturday is our super saturday..ended up on kind of a bad day, because that is when the scrapbook expo is. My mom was hoping to go to it. Oh well we should make it next time, which is what I told her last time... sorry mom!

Zack loves to put stuff on his head, especially head bands. So every time he puts a head band on I take it off and replace it with a hat. The only problem is he will only wear it for a few minutes at a time. He is such a cute kid! One of his favorite words is yuck, the only problem is that most of the time he actually says Duck...it is pretty cute! Felecya went to the dentist the other day and her two bottom teeth should have fallen out already because her permanent ones are trying to come in, so the dentists wants to pull them. I am kind of sad because I really wanted her to experience the whole loose tooth thing...but she will be just fine. Anyway he said if he doesn't pull them, then the new ones will come in too far back and they wont be positioned right. I went in and talked to her kindergarten teacher today. I was a little worried that she wasn't going to learn anything because they are going over the sounds of the letters and stuff, but her teacher said that a reading specialist is coming in next week to see what level they are reading at and then they will be able to bring books home that are more on her reading level.. that made me feel much better. She has almost learned the Pledge of Allegiance just from saying it in class everyday. I am constantly amazed at how quickly she learns.

And this is how my 120 invites turned out. My mom helped me color and cut out the leaves, it was sure nice having that much help! Thanks Ashley for the ribbon idea, it helped a ton. Everything is going good, we went to the fireworks in Payson last night and saw Jim with his kids. It made it tons of fun for Felecya to play with her cousins while we waited for the fireworks to start. Felecya is loving school, and her bus ride is only about 45 minutes now..much better.
And..I finally finished Breaking Dawn, It was so good...Now I want to read The Host...anyone else read it?

So I have been feeling pretty good these last couple of days. I am not always dizzy, and that helps a ton. I have been reading Breaking Dawn, and I am dying to know what is going to happen next. I have just started on the third part. It is so good. Felecya starts school tomorrow. I am supposed to go with her for the first 15 minutes of class, but she is so excited to ride the bus that I plan to put her on the bus and then meet her up there. There are a couple of the kids in our ward that are in her class, so I am sure that will help a lot. She had her assessment yesterday and her teacher said she did really good. She got a packet with the sight words that she will be learning throughout the rest of the school year, and she knows most of them already. But she does get tired of doing it. She had homework already and she just loved doing it. She was supposed to put her name across her chest, her favorite food on one sleeve, the number of people on the other sleeve, her favorite animal at the bottom (fox), and then stripes if she was born in Utah, and then she had to cut it out. I am so proud of her.

We had the West Family Reunion today. We had a lot of fun and took a lot of pictures. We took family pictures of everyone except our family...uh I am not sure what we were thinking. But I guess we get pictures together quite often. And I am not sure why we didn't try to take a picture of everyone together...oh well. We do a chinese auction, where everyone brings a few things from home they don't need, and a few treats and stuff, and then we each get numbers to put in on each item and then they draw the numbers out to see who wins. The kids really really love to win..And we always end up with lots of good stuff.

So I have scrapped this picture of Felecya quite a few times, but I really love it. I took her to get her hair cut yesterday, but we just trimmed a little off of hers. I got my hair cut too, I cut off about 8 inches. It is still long, but it seems so short to me. Zackery got stung by a hornet last night, on his earlobe and on his hand. Jimmy wasn't worried about it, but his ear swelled up twice the size and it was bright red, and then his cheeks started getting red I had to call the dr. They said just put meat tenderizer on it and it will help a lot. And as long as his face didn't start swelling he would be fine...and they were right. The meat tenderizer was amazing, the redness went away almost instantly and he was just fine. So then this morning I was using the hot glue gun to make Felecya some hair bows for school and he reached for the glue gun. He started to grab for it and I told him it was hot, and I thought he listened, but he grabbed for it again and burned his hand pretty bad. He's got a pretty big blister on his palm, but he pulled it up to his chest and thankfully he had a thick shirt on and it didn't burn through. He has all kinds of scrapes and bruises, way worse than Felecya ever had. I guess thats the difference between girls and boys. Even though Grandpa says shes a boy because she loves to play in the dirt and mud. I love being a Mom...it is an amazing thing!

Chuck E Cheese

Dawnyeil and Tom have been great to Felecya. They took her to Chuck E Cheeses and they had a blast. She really loves to see characters. I am going to attempt to read breaking dawn, that is, if my mom hasn't started it yet. I am quite sure it will take me a lot longer to read than most people take, but I did get caught up on spiderwick( but it is an easy read) ....I have been feeling pretty good, still waiting for more test results, Jessica really wants me to be tested for west nile..so I may just ask the dr next time I go in about it. We will see..

Camping trip

This is my Dad. Dawnyeil did an awesome job with pictures, this really shows my dads character.

We got rained on and Kristie and Kris decided it would be fun to be muddier than the rest of us!

We had to hurry to take the family picture between rainstorms. Jim and Tom set up the canopy over the stoves so that they cook the fish, and then Tom and Dawnyeil made some great dutch oven potatoes.

I actually hiked up to this arch( okay so you can't really call it a hike it was like 5 min) It was really neat.

We had a great time camping, but it would have been a little better if it didn't rain so hard. I got my heavy metal tests back, most were okay but I did have some arsenic in my blood, so the dr called a specialist and he said that it wouldn't be enough to cause the problems I am having. I went to the neurologist today and he took some more blood tests, and then he is going to do a nerve test in September. I really need to get some of my scrapbook pages scanned so that I can upload them to my blog.

So I got a few blood results back today, they checked my liver, my kidneys, and they also checked me for lupus. Everything was negative so far. That is very good, especially given my family history of lupus. I stopped taking the migraine medicine that the neurologist prescribed, and I am feeling a little better today. I have been wearing my reading glasses and they are helping, so I am thinking about attempting to read BREAKING DAWN.. It really sucks that I haven't read it yet, but my eyes have bothered me to bad to even think about it. But we are going camping this weekend, and I always read when I am camping, well I always read anyways. I have also been trying to read the spiderwick chronicles. They are pretty good, but I haven't read one for a couple of months so I picked up a couple at the book mobile today. I can usually read one book in a couple of hours, so I guess I should start with something small like that for now. But I really want to read breaking dawn... Although I started to read Alisons blog..uuuggghh and read sometthing I didn't want to about the ending. Oh welll..you know how spoilers are...

Heavy Metal anyone??

So When I went to the eye dr he just told me that I needed to get reading glasses and that most people have to start wearing reading glasses in their twenties and thirties?? Say what? Maybe fourties and fifties, any way so then I called and made an appointment with a dr at the Spanish fork clinic and he did a ton of tests. He thinks maybe I have Heavy metal poisoning. My appointment was later and so Jimmy was able to go with me and as i was explaining my symptoms he asked me if I worked with any metals and I said no and Jimmy says I DO and the doctor asked me again so your not around any heavy metal at all are you and Jimmy says again I AM, and I just kind of looked at him like SO what... ya know, but the dr says, do you wash his clothes? and so I said yes and so he has this whole panel of tests he is running, he is testing for a bunch of other stuff too. He said the metal test takes a while to get back to them, but I was hoping to hear back about the other ones today, but no luck.. oh well at least I think we are on the road to somewhere I hope.

Jimmy and I have been married for 14 years today! Wow that is a long time. He is really good to me. It is really great to think about how far we have come in the last 14 years. I love you Jimmy!! Thanks for a great 14 years !! My mom took these pictures of us on Felecyas preschool graduation day. Zack wasn't too into it but they still turned out really good. In my friend Ashleys blog she made a point at how we don't really thank our family as much as we should and I really agree with her so I really want to thank my family for everything that they do for me. Thank you for watching my kids when my mom and I have appointments and thanks for taking Felecya along to do fun things with you. It is greatly appreciated. Mom you are amazingly strong and I thank you for helping me so much when I am not feeling well even though I know that you are not feeling well either, and even though I know my Dad will never read this I really appreciate him taking Zack outside with him and following him around. It really means a lot to me. I was able to make another appointment with my eye dr for friday so hopefully he can do something.

Pioneer Day

So we got up early and went to the parade yesterday. The kids loved it. Felecya loves to wave at the princesses and it was really cute because Zack started waving at them too. Then we went to the duck race at the river. It was so hot, so we didn't stay the whole time, but Felecya thought it was pretty neat. So then we took her to the carnival and there were only a couple of big rides that she could ride, because she isn't tall enough. She really wants to ride the ring of fire. Wow..She is so brave. So she rode the little kid roller coaster and made a little friend on there who decided she wanted to ride GEE WHIZ with Felecya. Her mom said that was all she needed was a little peer pressure from somebody smaller than her..so they rode the ride and had a blast. Then we went to the concert in the park and waited for the fireworks to start. Felecya loved dancing and Zack just loves music and people so they just had a great time. I was starting to feel better and then I started this new medicine and now I think I am worse. I just wish I could get back to normal so that I could drive again. Jimmy has to take me to work still and that kind of sucks because it is so late, but he is good about it. He only had to work half of a day today and the rest of the day he wants to work on his truck so I am hoping to get some scrapbooking done.

Fiesta Days...

Last night we went up to the sports park and watched OPEN SEASON on a big 70 foot inflatable screen. It was pretty neat. I am just glad that I brought jackets because it got pretty cold. Zack slept through most of it, but when he woke up he was pretty curious of what we were doing. We were going to go to the childrens parade this morning, but Felecya decided that she would rather sleep(Thats my girl!!) than get up early for that, so when we got up we went up to the park and they had tons of things for the kids to do. Felecya is AMAZING!! She climbed the rock wall all the way to the top and rang the buzzer. She also caught a trout with a net. What a fun day. Tonight they are having a street dance that is supposed to be family friendly so we might go check that out to see if Felecya will dance. Fun..

So Orange is the color of choice lately. It seems like everytime I scrap I end up doing an orange page. I actually bought this paper planning to scrapbook Zack, but somehow I always end up doing Felecya. I guess I am so used to flowers that it just seems so much easier to make it girly...Anyway Felecya is spending the night at Sydnee's house and she is so excited..hopefully enough so to be a good girl...anyway Thank you Dawnyeil!! It has been a while since I posted last, but I have been kind of busy I guess. I went to the hearing and balance center on monday and worked with a physical therapist. He talked to me about a couple of things that could be causing my dizziness. The first thing he thinks is inner ear problems. He said sometimes the brain stops listening to the inner ear which in turn causes dizziness. so he gave me some exercises to do and he said if this is what it is, That it is possible that I will be better in two weeks just by doing these exercises. But if the exerciese make me worse then he wants me to try some medicine that the neurologist gave me for migraines(which I didn't take because they had so many side effects) So far I think the exercises are doing good, I haven't been getting dizzy as often and when I do it doesn't last as long as it did. So that is a good thing. I asked him about working and how when I work it seems to come on instantly, and when I explained to him what I do for work, he said he thinks that I should try to work and just work three or four minutes at a time and then rest until my dizzyness goes away and then work three or four minutes again. YEAH RIgHT. So I worked for about an hour and I got really dizzy and then I rested for like fifteen minutes and when I went back to work I didn't get dizzy again. Now that was progress. I am excited to get back to normal again. I really need to scrapbook again, it has been a while since I have done anything but I did make these popsicle cards. They were supposed to smell good-Kristie came over and we tried to use kool-aid as embossing powder, but it didn't work so well. But we had a lot of fun trying. Felecya really enjoyed making them with us.

We got up early and went to the parade, and then we drove up to Jimmy's parents for a picnic and a waterfight, and then we drove down to Price and watched the fireworks at the fairgrounds, where they had free food and crafts for the kids. Felecya was so excited. But I had to wash the paint off of her face this morning so that we could go to Abby's baptism. I can't believe Abby is so big. Felecya was very excited to watch her and said she can't wait until it is her turn.

So I finally got around to scrapbooking these pictures with Felecya on Aunt Peggys horse. She just loved it. Yesterday I went to the doctor. He is pretty worried about my blind spot getting larger, and he said to make sure that I follow up with my eye doctor and if it gets any larger he will do a spinal tap to see if there is too much pressure on my brain. He is also sending me to a hearing and balance center to train my brain to deal with the dizziness....I sure hope it helps. And then I go back in two months and he is going to do a nerve test on my arms to see if there is nerve damage there. Oh so much fun. I just want to get on with my life and skip this phase you know? I actually want to go back to work a little more, but I don't dare drive too much because I never know when I am going to get dizzy. Heidi left me a note at work saying that I can't go in until after 9 p.m or else she will replace me. She is a little power happy, and all I can say is she is going to be so screwed if Caitlynn and I both quit at the same time. I don't really want to, but not sure what else I can do when I can't drive that far and that is a little late to be having Jimmy get the kids up and come and pick me up in the middle of the night. Well hopefully we can take care of it at the balance center.

We went out to little moab for Fathers day and Jimmy had a good time. His truck did really good except the battery died at the end and he had to have it jumped. It was really HOT so it wasn't as much fun. My eye doctor called today and he said that there is an increase in my blind spot and he just wants to watch it. And I got my blood work results back and everything was normal.

I Love the new DCWV paper. It is so fun to use. I called the opthomologist yesterday and asked if I could get my results and the nurse said she would make sure that he called me back, and then she called me back a few hours later and told me that he got out of the office without calling me back, but that he will call me on Monday. So hopefully I will hear something on Monday. Everything is going pretty good, Zack is getting a little sick, he kind of has a raspy cough but he goes in for his 15 month check up on Tuesday. Hopefully he is big enough by now to get into a bigger car seat. It will be nice, but then again it is nice when he stays asleep in his car seat now.

So I finally got a little scrapbooking done. This is Felecya, in Minnnie's kitchen. It was really neat. I went to my endocrinologist yesterday and she referred me to a neurologist. She said that I have vertigo and that is making me feel dizzy and she showed me a few exercises to do that will help it. Then I had to go over for blood tests this morning and I am still waiting to hear back from the eye Dr about the tests that he did. It is kind of scary to go to a neurologist, but I guess maybe he can figure out what is going on since no one else can. I have been doing a little better since I have done the exercises.

WHEW!!!! my MRI results came back, and I do have a tumor, but it is not a large one. It is only 1mm(compared to the first one which was 18mm) so that is good and it is not pressing on my optical nerves so that shouldn't be what is causing my vision problems. So I went to my primary care Dr today and he insisted I get into the opthomologist today. So the opthomologist found that one eye sees less light than the other eye, but that it doesn't necessarily mean anything. But I go back to him next Tues for vision field testing. I go to Dr. Maturlo on Wednesday and hopefully we can figure this whole thing out. It sucks not knowing what the problem is!! Hopefully we can figure it out soon. On a better note.. a few of us are getting together at my house to scrapbook on Monday if anyone is interested we would love to have you.

So I had my MRI today. Hopefully everything is good, I won't know for a couple of days. I am pretty sick, and my sight is kinda fuzzy so hopefully we can figure out the problem. Felecya has seen the MRI machine on house and so when I told her that I was going to do that she was a little worried, but I told her that I would be okay, and then when I came out I had a big bandage on my arm and that worried her too. But I told her that I was just fine, she is so dang sweet and caring. We had our yard sale on saturday and it was quite a hit, even though we got up at 5am to start and it was raining so we couldn't start until 9am. Zack has been pretty grouchy and I am starting to wonder if he has an ear infection. I really don't want to take him to the doctor again if he doesn't though.
